How long will my order take?
Everything is handcrafted by Chandler, and timing can depend on the product ordered.
We like to allow at least 2 weeks lead time for champagne bottles and canvas totes. (A $25 rush charge will be applied if under 2 weeks)
Custom Commissions can take up to 8 weeks, depending on the design and product load at the time.
As always, if there is a specific date the product is needed by, please specify and Chandler will do her best to get it done!
I just ordered a custom product - how long until I receive a sketch of the design?
Please allow up to 5-7 days between inquiry placement and the final sketch delivery.
You will receive and email with the sketch options, and after design approval Chandler will get to work!
